Reiki

In your own home or face to face in a suitable .

This modality can be done in person or by distance. Reiki travels through time and space. Sharna offers an experience for you to receive the powerful healings of Reiki in your own space at a time that is suitable for you without the need to be face to face.

Allow approximately 1 hour for this healing modality.

Ka Huna Massage

Ka Huna massage is done with long flowing strokes, using oils and is traditionally done nude with a modesty cloth. This allows full body coverage to target the outer hips and buttocks without disrupting the flow of energy through and around the physical and energetic body.

Allow from 1 hour to 2 hours for this modality.

Lomi Lomi

Traditional Hawaiian massage connecting with the heart space. Long rhythmic strokes evoking a hypnotic experience. An experience to connect mind, body and stuck energy in the physical and energetic body.

Lomi Lomi massage is done with long flowing strokes, using oils and is traditionally done nude with a modesty cloth. This allows full body coverage to target the outer hips and buttocks without disrupting the flow of energy through and around the physical and energetic body.

Allow from 1 hour to 2 hours for this modality.

Myofascial Stretch Therapy

This is a fully clothed modality. Wearing loose clothing or comfortable work out wear. The client is relaxed on the table and is gently guided through breath whilst the body is moved into different positions to stretch and loosen the fascia around the muscles and joints. This is a soothing but deep body connection which allows freedom of movement.

Some clients only require a few sessions whilst more restricted clients may require weekly sessions to unstick fascia. Hydration is recommended prior and after sessions.

Allow 1 hour to 1.5 hours for this modality.

Yoga/Pilates/Barre
